Our role was to work closely together with the founders to evaluate the different personas and create an UX/UI that works equally well for the investors, sellers and brokers. The site is responsive and has to work on both desktop and mobile.
Besides just listing real-estate and making your available properties visible for the investors, one of the goals of Consorto is to automate the process as much as possible. To take away the tedious and time consuming process of manually vetting users for detailed information. So a smart-matching search and an automated deal-flow are integral parts of the platform making users lives easier and take up less time responding to requests that don’t have a prospect of reaching a deal.
